Ownership

Oozle Media maintains ownership of hosting account, website code, template designs & design elements and reserves rights to reuse them. Oozle Media also reserves the right to make changes as necessary to update outdated features or employ security measure as they see fit.

Semi Custom

Included:

  • Pre-proven industry-specific layouts that are designed and branded to match your branding guideline
  • Custom design of all elements included in the layout (widgets, icons, banners, galleries etc.) to match your brand
  • Add and remove selected elements to customize the layout to each client
    2 full design revisions included (additional design reviews $1000/each)

Ownership

Client Owns: all of their own site code and design assets, but does not have exclusive rights to layouts, design elements or themes that they purchase from Oozle (i.e. we can sell similar layout with similar design elements to a non-direct competitor in another market).
