Team Lead
The team lead functions as both the strategic lead and the center of task coordination for their book of business. They work in conjunction with the account management to see that we are focusing on the unique needs of the client and that these marketing efforts are broken down into actionable tasks that are assigned to the correct team members and then deliver the results of their teams efforts to the Account Managers in structured monthly reports. It is crucial that this position be filled by someone who is vigilant, organized and not afraid to keep people accountable for their schedules, due dates and work performance. It is expected that you lead by example in those 3 aspects with the aim of becoming an Account Manager.
